✴ Do you offer international shipping?

Not at this time - this store is only open to customers in the USA and Canada.

✴ How much does shipping cost? 

Good news, domestic shipping is free on all orders over $35!
Below $35, there is a flat rate fee of $4 per order.

For orders to Canada, a flat rate of $25 is applied.

✴ When will I receive my order? 

I run this small business on my own and prepare each package myself, wrapping everything with care so you can enjoy it later. I deliver all packages to USPS twice a week. 

For domestic packages, once I send your package, it generally takes 2-5 business days for it to be delivered to your door or mailbox.

Please note that some creations available in the store are made to order and require additional manufacturing time before they can be shipped. Creations sold as preorders also require additional processing time. You should be able to find an estimated shipping time on the relevant product page.

✴ Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Each creation on Wildera Art is handcrafted and unique, so I place a lot of importance on being able to track packages throughout their journey.

Once your package is sent, you should receive an email with a tracking number that you can enter into the USPS tracking tool at any time. If not, please feel free to send me your name, email or order number, and I will be happy to send it to you.
